Campaign Operations Specialist

The Role

The Campaign Operations Specialist is responsible for Driving the end-to-end development and execution of impactful, efficient, and effective marketing automation campaigns.  As a key member of the marketing organization, they are focused on campaign execution in support of Field Marketing, Customer Marketing, Partner Marketing and Sales Development to streamline the entire campaign production process.

Knowledge and experience in marketing campaign structure, marketing automation, Excel, and Salesforce CRM are keys to success.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and execute end to end multi-touch outbound marketing campaign flows including segmentation, email development, campaign architecture and email delivery
  • Manage database imports for events, list acquisition from list service firms, and other sources, while ensuring proper data formatting and cleanliness
  • Manage multiple campaigns in flight simultaneously
  • Assist in the development and optimization of email templates.
  • Assist in the development and optimization of our marketing automation platform and processes
  • Monitor outbound campaign replies and update contact data accordingly
  • Continually analyze processes and personal skillset for efficiency gaps
  • Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years in related industry experience
  • Experience building and executing marketing campaigns
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Eloqua)
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Polished business writing skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables, vLookups, matching, formatting, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented with efficient time management and planning skills
  • Self-directed, flexible, creative, comfortable in a dynamic, collaborative environment

Nice To Have

  • Experience with Validity’s DemandTools or Xappex XL connector
  • Experience with marketing analytics
  • 1+ Year active Eloqua experience
  • Experience with ABM technologies (e.g. 6Sense)
