The importance of sales and marketing skills to ICT business growth has been a hot topic in our region and sector recently with celebrated tech entrepreneur Gerry Pond heralding for greater investment in professional sales and marketing training. We couldn’t agree more! In follow-up to our groundbreaking Applied Leadership Training Program, Digital Nova Scotia (DNS) is pleased to offer this customized 12-month sales and marketing training program for both our members and industry stakeholders beginning October 7, 2015. Bluteau DeVenney, Time + Space Media, the Sobey School of Business: Business Development Centre, and Sandler Training, four of our region’s leading experts in organizational management and sales and marketing, are joining forces to deliver this program to help you achieve your growth potential.

Based on feedback from our members, four key areas of focus have been identified as essential training and development needs for Nova Scotia’s growing Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector and are the focus of this program:
Presented in a group setting, this program provides high-level interaction and peer‐to‐peer sharing, understanding and application of concepts, and practical focus on actions to create results.
Applicants are asked to commit to attending 3-hour sessions once a month for 12 months to participate in this program.
*Startup discount: startups are eligible for a 50% discounted rate (for both members/non-members)
*Startup companies must have between 1 – 9 employees and cannot have been in business more than 3 years to be eligible for this rate.
