Product teams collect feedback almost every day. Sales calls, demos, customer support, online chats, feature requests, the list goes on. They all play an important role in understanding your customer’s needs. The problem is that with so many sources, it’s incredibly hard to stay connected and make informed decisions. In this session, Matt Cooper will provide a step by step process for designing and rolling out your Voice of the Customer (VOC) program. Attendees will walk away with an action plan and tools needed to make sure your team is uncovering customer insights, and using this feedback to address your customers most important problems.
Matt Cooper has been developing and marketing products for over 20 years. More recently, he has served as the Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder of Swept and the VP of Product and Marketing at BlueLight Analytics. He holds certifications in Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Hubspot Inbound Marketing and Pragmatic Management. An alumni of both Propel and 500 Startups, Matt’s unique experience leverages a combination of qualitative and qualitative customer research to help product teams uncover and focus on building solutions for the most important customer problems.
