Panel topic: Making a splash in international markets
Canada has a unique geography, ringed by a single international border and three oceans. It’s easy to feel disconnected from the rest of the world and the exciting developments in international markets.

Questions:
What unique challenges do Canadian entrepreneurs face in accessing international markets?
What special challenges are faced by entrepreneurs in smaller communities?
Who has found innovative ways to surmount the geographical and psychological barriers separating us from international markets?

Panelists:
(Moderator) Laurel Broten, President and CEO, Nova Scotia Business
Themos Kallos, Co-Founder and Chief Science Officer, Metamaterial Technologies
Gisleine Silveira, Head of International Partnerships, District 3 Innovation Center
Kendra MacDonald, CEO, Ocean Supercluster
