About Placemaking 4G

Matt and Bradley are Co-Founders and Placemakers at Placemaking 4G. Working with employers across the province, P4G provides customized, ongoing support to help employers attract and retain the talent they need. They work with their clients to help build a customized attraction strategy designed to reflect an employer’s values, vision and culture while ensuring equitable processes by seeking cultural contributors, not fits. As talent attraction specialists and providers of innovative employment solutions, they pride themselves on their outside the box solutions to support life, work and community in the region.

About Rebecca Dunphy

Rebecca Dunphy is the Social Enterprise Development Manager for Rural Nova Scotia with Common Good Solutions (CGS). Her passion for social enterprise was sparked when she started developing a startup called Rampage – a social enterprise that would manufacture portable accessibility ramps out of end-of-life rubber and tires. In her role at CGS, Rebecca travels throughout the province meeting with groups, individuals and organizations to help them turn their passions into positive change for their communities.

About Joseph Huyer

Joseph Huyer is the Social Enterprise Development Manager for the HRM with Common Good Solutions (CGS). He is a co-writer and personality in the Documentary produced by CGS called ‘The Social Shift’ a documentary on social enterprise across Canada. In his role as a developer, Joseph meets and coaches clients from a range of sectors within social enterprise to maximise social, cultural and environmental impact using business as a tool for good. Joseph also is co-coordinator for a youth social entrepreneurship program geared toward employment readiness and basic entrepreneurship. Joseph believes that social enterprise and engaged communities are key to making a future we can all be proud of.
